The Three Rivers Business Alliance (3RBA) has consistently positioned itself at the
forefront of advocacy for the LGBTQIA community and remains unwavering in its
commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all. In light of
recent political developments and actions taken by President Trump that threaten the
rights and well-being of many underserved populations, including that of transgender
individuals, 3RBA feels compelled to reiterate its steadfast support for LGBTQIA
businesses and particularly the transgender community.

We recognize the invaluable contributions of LGBTQIA businesses to the economic and
cultural fabric of our communities. These businesses not only drive innovation and
creativity but also create jobs and enhance the diversity of our marketplace. Our
continued dedication is to ensure that LGBTQIA entrepreneurs have the resources,
support, and opportunities they need to thrive.

3RBA is unwavering in its commitment to supporting LGBTQIA businesses and the
transgender community. We recognize the significant contributions of these
communities to our society and are dedicated to ensuring their continued success and
well-being. In the face of adversity and political challenges, we stand resolute in our
mission to promote, expand, and improve the economic interests of businesses owned
by LGBTQIA+ individuals. We call upon our members, allies, and the broader
