Three Rivers Business Alliance (3RBA) is a membership-based business advocacy organization dedicated to making the Pittsburgh / Greater Allegheny region an influential and diverse business community for people of all genders and sexualities (LGBTQIA+) — by promoting economic development and growth.

As a chamber of commerce, 3RBA works to promote, expand, and improve the economic interests of LGBTQIA+-owned businesses across the Pittsburgh / Greater Allegheny region — through four core commitments.
Economic Development
We help members grow — raising brand visibility, sharpening skills as owners and managers, and building relationships with new clients. That includes guiding members through LGBT Business Enterprise® (LGBTBE®) certification with the NGLCC, opening doors to leading corporations and new contracting opportunities.
Strategic Partnerships
We connect members with clients, knowledgeable peers, and community partners through meetings, mixers, tours, forums, and workshops — plus marketing and sponsorship opportunities, collaborations with fellow chambers, and an online member business directory.
Education
We share best practices and insight on the issues that matter most to LGBTQIA+ businesses — through our events and workshops, and via online training, resources, and other educational opportunities.
Advocacy
We lead and advocate for diversity, inclusion, and business-friendly public policy — addressing civil rights and the shared economic interests of LGBTQIA+ businesses at the local, state, and federal levels.

3RBA is the LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce for the Pittsburgh / Greater Allegheny region, supporting LGBTQIA+ businesses across four areas:
Southwestern Pennsylvania
Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Clearfield, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Somerset, Washington, and Westmoreland counties.
Southeastern Ohio
Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Jefferson, Mahoning, Monroe, and Washington counties.
Northern West Virginia
Brooke, Doddridge, Hancock, Harrison, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Pleasants, Preston, Taylor, Tyler, and Wetzel counties.
Northwestern Maryland
Allegany and Garrett counties.
