TAX DEDUCTIBILITY/IRS NOTICE

Membership dues and other contributions or gifts to Three Rivers Business Alliance are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
